Holysmokes BBQ and Catering doesn't just smoke things up in the summer.
Chef / Owner and 1996 CIA grad, Sean Munk takes catering to new levels. Sean has
worked at The Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in Sarasota Florida, The Colony Beach and
Tennis Resort on LongBoat Key Florida and has opened a 350 seat restaurant on the
Manatee river.
In the spring of 1998, Sean took his experience back to upstate New York where he
embarked on a pilgrimage searching for the culinary holy grail. He has performed
private catering functions to the likes of the rich and famous from Bedford New York
and Ridgefield CT.
After years of filling his culinary toolbox with all the "necessary ingredients" to be a
successful entrepeneur, Sean opened HolySmokes BBQ & Catering in the spring of 2007.
