- Cash and Check are accepted forms of payment
- Check customers must pay in full 14 days prior to event
- 50% non-refundable BUT transferrable deposit due 21 days prior to scheduled event (see below for terms of
transfer) - If the event is cancelled 5 business days or more prior to event, you may apply that deposit towards another
available booking date with HolySmokes - Any event cancelled less than 5 business days prior to event, deposit is not transferrable to another date
- Balance due day of event
- Length of buffet serving times vary depending on menu and service
- HolySmokes can assist in finding party locations such as local public parks with shelter and restroom
facilities - Extra needs such as rentals of tents, tables and chairs, china, etc. can be arranged by HolySmokes with
Durants Tents and Events - Pricing may vary on some selections and are subject to change at the discretion of HolySmokes BBQ and
Catering.
